Welcome to Alaska! Arrive in Anchorage and settle in for your first night before heading into the wilderness.
AUGUST 3 | DENALI
Leave the city behind and journey toward the magnificent Alaska Range for an overnight at the Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. This is where Alaska starts feeling very, very big.
AUGUST 4 | DENALI
Continue into the heart of Alaska to Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge. Your experience includes Princess' Natural History Tour into Denali National Park, including Primrose Ridge — a wonderful introduction to the landscapes, wildlife, history and Alaska Native culture of this legendary wilderness.
AUGUST 5 | DENALI → WHITTIER
Today, getting there is part of the experience. Board Princess' glass-domed railcars for a spectacular journey through Alaska toward Whittier. Then it's time to board Discovery Princess, meet up with Kriscinda and the rest of our group, and begin our seven-night cruise south to Vancouver.

You'll spend two nights at both the Mt. McKinley and Denali Princess Wilderness Lodges, giving you full days to explore, relax or add the activities that call to you. Then we'll trade road for rail and travel aboard Princess' glass-domed train to Whittier, where our entire Kidd Travel group comes together aboard Discovery Princess.

Travel by motorcoach along the scenic Parks Highway to Mt. McKinley Princess Wilderness Lodge. Settle into your wilderness surroundings, explore the lodge and start deciding how you'd like to spend your full day tomorrow.
AUGUST 2 | MT. McKINLEY
This day belongs to you. Choose an optional adventure, explore the lodge's nature trails and spectacular surroundings, visit the treehouse, hear stories from Denali climbers — or simply slow down and enjoy being somewhere that looks very little like home.
AUGUST 3 | MT. McKINLEY → DENALI
Journey through some of Alaska's beautiful interior scenery to Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge, your home for the next two nights. Settle in, explore the lodge and start soaking up the atmosphere of one of Alaska's most legendary destinations.
AUGUST 4 | DENALI NATIONAL PARK
Today includes Princess' Natural History Tour into Denali National Park — an introduction to the landscapes, wildlife, history and Alaska Native culture of this extraordinary wilderness. Afterward, there's still time to enjoy the lodge or choose more adventure.
AUGUST 5 | DENALI → WHITTIER
Getting there is half the fun today. Board Princess' glass-domed Direct-to-the-Wilderness rail service for a spectacular journey south through Alaska to Whittier. Discovery Princess will be waiting — along with Dawn and the rest of our group — for the next seven nights of our adventure.
